It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Sunday...

Well, we are finally out of "normal" rehearsals and are in... Tech Week!!!! This grueling, yet passing time is when we run the play in costume, while working with the lights and sound.

Wasn't it just yesterday that I announced that I got the parts for Mulan Jr.? Well, now we see who survives, huh? Me and my nice, new black hair, or me on the ground, dead from exhaustion?


Time will tell, tomorrow.

All in the Fiction

Good morning to those already up before 8:56am, and note that I planned to get up at 6am, but I had two music rehearsals for Mulan Jr.

Anyhoo, fiction is the daily blog today. Have you ever written a fiction involving anything? Spies, perhaps? Well, I have created a team of heroes called "Power Pals" who gain superpowers. But, also, I love Alex Rider and (now one of my favs) Sherlock Holmes, and Hunter Brown!

Before you Play, Practice!

Well, last week, (or was it 2 wks ago?) I auditioned for a play called Mulan Jr. at another church and their community theatre. (www.acctonline.org) And
drumroll please..... I got not 1, not 2, but 3 parts! 2 are ensemble parts but the other is principal character. I play 1. Yao, 2. Soldier, and 3. Son.

Please pray for me as I go through the rehearsals and performances.
